Visiting this website

You can browse events, cohort stories and recordings without registering. We do not collect new website profiles or seat reservations.

Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information to serve and secure it. We count page visits and which buttons and links are pressed with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify individual visitors. We do not use advertising trackers. The archive loads a YouTube player only when you choose a recording.

WhatsApp and event links

Joining our WhatsApp community is optional. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy policy. Your profile and phone number may be visible to other participants depending on the group and your settings.

We use information you share with the team to answer questions and organise community activities. If an event uses a separate form or event service, its data collection happens on that service, not through a Kickoff website profile.

Earlier records

We retain membership and attendance records from the previous website, including names, email addresses, schools and reservations. Only authorised team members can access them. We do not sell this information or share member lists with sponsors.

Photos and recordings

We publish selected photos and recordings from Kickoff events. If you have a concern about an image or recording in which you appear, contact the board with a link to the page.
